Kawan Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is a growing engineering company specializing in fabrication works. We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented

General Manager

to oversee the company's operations and ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

Lead, plan, and manage overall business operations and project execution. Develop and implement business strategies, policies, and objectives to achieve company goals. Oversee project delivery to ensure quality, safety, cost efficiency, and timely completion. Manage company financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and reporting. Strengthen client relationships and explore new business opportunities. Provide leadership, motivation, and guidance to management and operational teams. Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field. Minimum 10 years of working experience in engineering, construction, or manufacturing industries, with at least 5 years in a senior management role. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record in managing operations, projects, and business development. Knowledge of ISO, DOSH, and project management principles will be an added advantage.
