Job Description
To achieve financial objectives by efficiently overseeing personnel, products, services, and facilities, while emphasizing revenue and profit aspects.
- Evaluate and enhance overall brand performance and customer experience.
- Collaborate with the President to establish and advance the vision, operational strategy, annual budget, and monthly reporting.
- Uphold operational details, including food, beverage, and service standards.
- Control costs effectively. and improve processes for better efficiency.
- Stimulate advancements in critical revenue-generating factors.
- Verify the operational viability of designs for new outlets.
- Maintain personnel accountability for adherence to standards, taking appropriate action including disciplinary procedures when required.
- Minimum 5-6 years in managerial roles within the F&B sector, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
- Readiness to be hands-on and involved in day-to-day operations.
- Strong focus on data analysis and adept at presenting information effectively.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
