Open Position: General Manager (F&B Industry)

for
General Manager

to join the team located in Selangor.

Key responsibilities include:

-To be responsible for the entire operations of the F&B outlet.

-Providing leadership and control in the outlet, ensuring all customers receive good service and quality of the food & beverages.

style="margin-top: 0cm"-
-Drive improvement on the work SOPs, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements to achieve high-quality standards.

style="margin-top: 0cm"-
-Identify customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.

style="margin-top: 0cm"-
-Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, health & safety

style="margin-top: 0cm"-
-Lead the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising the staffs.

-Preparing report for shift/week, including staff control and sales

-Having computer literacy with exposure creating survey forms using google form/etc would be added advantage.

-Team player with good stakeholder and people management skills

Job Requirements

At least 8 years of experience in F&B outlets (Floor), including 5 years of management experience.

Good knowledge in F&B outlet, including supplier management, handling customers\xe2\x80\x99 complaints and managing staff.

-Experience managing a team of restaurant operation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese language is mandatory.
