in KL few years back. The company began with an ordinary goal to bring new experiences and joy
through the F&B industry. With the opening of our first project in TTDI the company quickly gained

Job Summary:
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations
within the establishment. This includes managing the dining areas, kitchen, bar, and any other food
service outlets. The primary goal is to ensure excellent customer service, efficient operations, and
profitability.

Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:

  • Plan and coordinate daily food and beverage service activities.
  • Supervise and manage kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth
operations.
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality to meet customer expectations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
2. Customer Service:
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve any customer complaints
or issues promptly.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture among the staff and encourage repeat business.
3. Financial Management:
  • Develop and manage budgets for food and beverage operations.
  • Monitor expenses and revenue, aiming to maximize profitability while controlling
costs.
  • Analyze financial data and implement cost-saving measures without compromising
quality.

4. Staff Training and Development:
  • Recruit, hire, and train new food and beverage staff.
  • Provide ongoing training to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.
5. Menu Development and Pricing:
  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to create appealing menus.
  • Determine appropriate pricing based on food cost, competition, and target market.
6. Marketing and Promotion:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers and boost sales.
  • Organize special events, promotions, and themed nights to increase business.
7. Vendor Management:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
  • Ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients and materials.
8. Compliance and Regulation:
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable food and beverage regulations, including
licensing, health, and safety standards.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience with between 5 to 8 years experience as a Food and Beverage Manager
or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
