Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive activities. Drive brand positioning and market expansion regionally and internationally.
2. Business Operations

Oversee daily operations including sales, marketing, finance, logistics, and customer service. Ensure effective supply chain and inventory management for smooth product availability. Implement operational best practices to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
3. Sales & Marketing

Lead sales teams to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Build and maintain relationships with key distributors, dealers, architects, and contractors. Oversee marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and product launches.
4. Financial Management

Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. Monitor KPIs to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
5. People Leadership

Build, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams. Foster a performance-driven and customer-focused culture.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus). Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in sanitary ware, building materials, FMCG, or related industries. Strong knowledge of sales channels, supply chain, and distribution networks. Proven track record in driving revenue growth and market expansion. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong financial acumen and analytical abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive market environment.
