Job Description

Salary: MYR 12,000 - MYR 15,000 Per Month

Location: Klang, Selangor

Requirements:

Proven experience as a General Manager, Operational Manager, or similar leadership role.

Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Solid understanding of financial management, business operations, and strategic planning.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the company's day-to-day operations.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve growth and profitability.

Lead, mentor, and manage staff across various departments.

Monitor financial performance, budgets, and operations.

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
