Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented

General Manager (GM)

to oversee operations, drive business performance, and manage cross-functional teams. The GM will report directly to the CEO and ensure alignment between business goals and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day operations across departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability. Manage budgets, resources, and performance metrics for operational excellence. Oversee client engagement, service delivery, and business development initiatives. Mentor and develop department heads and senior managers to build a high-performing team. Ensure compliance with company policies, governance, and regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities for process improvement, market expansion, and operational innovation.

Requirements:

Minimum 10-15 years of experience in senior management roles, with at least 5 years in a GM/operations leadership position. Experience in

GLC

or

software/technology-driven companies

preferred. Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proven track record of driving business growth and operational efficiency.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
