Job Description

Key Responsibilities - General Manager

Lead and execute the company's overall strategy to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion in Sarawak. Oversee end-to-end operations, including supply chain, inventory, logistics, and distribution. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share. Manage financial performance, including budgeting, P&L, cost control, and reporting to senior leadership. Lead, develop, and motivate cross-functional teams while fostering a high-performance culture. Ensure full compliance with regulatory, health, safety, environmental, and governance requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, suppliers, regulators, and industry partners.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
