Responsible for developing and ensuring marketing strategies are innovative and effective to meet Company objectives
Collaborate and work with different teams to lead, develop, execute and maintain digital marketing channels and platforms that consistently drive the Company\'s business, brand and presence
Lead researches and surveys on customers, market conditions, competitors and implement revisions to marketing strategies and plans as needed
Manage marketing, advertising and promotions and other relevant activities, including optimizing use of digital marketing media
Align marketing plans with those of suppliers and initiate and establish relevant actions to boost and/or sustain sales
Responsibilities:
Develop, plan, implement and facilitate the annual marketing plan for the Company, including all digital marketing channels (e.g., website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency
Strategize, design and plan the marketing sales promotions, including forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new promotion development, market research and brand strategy
Plan and administer the Company\'s marketing budget and keep costs within control
Monitor and analyze all marketing and sales information to determine marketing plans that will drive sales, footfalls, basket size and digital media/platform indices
Marketing responsibility for revenue-generation across products and regions and ensure yields across products
Manage plans and resources for advertising and promotions, loyalty programs, communications, creative branding, CSR and responsible for marketing communications, including strategies, advertisements, monthly promotion campaigns and actions
Develop processes, procedures, templates and strategies to enhance product assortment to improve sales, including private label packaging and designs
Lead the marketing team in plans to increase income, both through existing sources and developing new streams of ideas
Customize innovative materials, both print and digital media, according to market or customer requirements
Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends, customers buying preferences and perception of the Company, competitors\' strategies and marketing moves and any business opportunities
Focus on the developing and communicating a commanding Brand statement and presence in the industry, sector through innovative thrusts via media, advertisements and online platforms
Manage day to day activities and build collaborations with PR, press and marketing communications agencies to generate PR value and brand presence
Plan, develop and provide guidelines for stores marketing visuals and promotional display to achieve the desired appeal of customers
Competencies:
Degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent discipline, MBA will be an advantage
At least 10 years of relevant working experience in Marketing, Advertising & Promotions, preferably within a retail environment or equivalent
Minimum 5 years\' experience in a managerial position
Possess up-to-date knowledge of best practices and latest development in marketing trends, innovations and technology
Exposure to brand management is a distinct advantage
Possess excellent interpersonal, presentation, written and oral communication skills
Strong project management and negotiation skills
Analytical, detail-orientated, able to work under pressure and multi-task
Experience with new media and internet marketing
