Job Description

The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, solid knowledge of aluminium and glass fabrication, and the ability to manage teams efficiently.

Candidates who can communicate effectively in Mandarin are required

to liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the overall operations of the company, including project management, production, sales, and administration. Lead and supervise project teams to ensure timely and quality completion of all aluminium and glass works. Develop business strategies to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and company growth. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers. Review and approve project quotations, budgets, and financial reports. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality control procedures. Provide leadership, motivation, and direction to all departments to achieve organizational goals. Report directly to the Managing Director and support in making strategic business decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Business Management, Engineering, or equivalent field. Minimum

5 years of managerial experience

in the

aluminium and glass industry

. Strong technical understanding of aluminium and glass systems, fabrication processes, and installation methods. Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Good communication skills in

Mandarin

, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a must). Strong business acumen with the ability to drive operational and financial performance. Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
