\xe2\x80\xa2 Assist the COO in planning the truck movement \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate daily driver and truck operations \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in track planning movement \xe2\x80\xa2 Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and maintain the truck condition \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate driver performance and identify hiring and training needs \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervise and motivate staff and drivers to perform their best \xe2\x80\xa2 Coach and support new and existing staff and driver \xe2\x80\xa2 Suggest transport training programs and techniques \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs in delivery goods \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle complaints from customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Create reports, analyze and interpret delivery data, like commissions, expenses and etc \xe2\x80\xa2 Make sure all staff and drivers adhere to company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and guidelines
