Responsibilities:

Oversee the company's daily business operations. Develop and execute business growth strategies. Evaluate team performance and productivity. Regularly submit reports to senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management or a related field. At least 2 years of relevant experience in a General Manager role. Proficiency in Cantonese, Chinese, and English (both written and spoken). Exceptional leadership skills and strong organizational abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong work ethic and commitment to professionalism. Detail-oriented with robust analytical capabilities. Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.). Familiarity with corporate processes and functions (e.g., Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations). Outstanding problem-solving skills.
