Leads student recruitment, marketing and branding activities to strengthen the university's profile locally and internationally.
Develop and execute marketing and recruitment strategies.
Build strong local and international student pipelines.
Manage brand positioning and media communications.
Cultivate partnerships with schools, agencies, and industry.
Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in higher education or complex organisations.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Familiarity with the Malaysian education landscape and regulations is required.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and advanced digital marketing techniques.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and marketing automation software.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
