Job Description




Our client is Malaysian conglomerate with over 80 years of experience in the food, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics industries.

General Manager - Sarawak, Malaysia

Responsibility:

  • Act as the intermediary between customer and company.
  • Provide training to CD Executives in system, processes and selling skills to ensure their capability and capacity in their job execution.
  • Develop business plans for business expansion.
  • Accountable to manage the agencies/ SKUs that are assigned.
  • Ensure the submission of the consignment invoice by CD Executives to customer for sign and stamp then return to Commercial Logistic personnel.
  • Be the first approver for the sampling requisition entered by CD Executive.
  • Be the first approver for the sampling requisition entered by CD Executive.
  • Execution of process for fixed gondola rental.
  • Maintenance of sales promotion in system.
  • Propose the replenishment of stocks on a timely basis and enter in system to ensure the sufficiency of stocks for selling.
Requirement:
  • Degree in Business Studies, Marketing or related disciplines.
  • 5 years of experience in FMCG sales and marketing.
  • Experience in general trade business and distributor management.
  • Converse well in English, Mandarin is added value.
