Oversee the daily operations of the Convention Centre and in-house restaurant to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently
Identify new business opportunities, potential locations, and market expansion strategies.
Develop new business opportunities and drive convention centre and F&B sales
Develop strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
Financial knowledge to manage the budget effectively and keep the restaurant profitable
Manage the outlet's Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, aiming to meet or exceed budgeted sales targets and control costs effectively.
Analytical skills to interpret reports and make data-driven decisions
Implement and enforce standard operating procedures.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food safety regulations.
Monitor inventory levels, minimize waste, and manage purchasing and stock.
Manage the F&B budget and work to meet financial goals.
Monitor industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
Prepare reports for management and provide suggestions for service improvement.
Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and external events when required
Motivate staff to achieve excellence and meet company goals.
Collaborate with chefs to create menus and specials.
Ensure that all food and beverages meet the highest quality standards.
Work to improve the overall dining experience for customers.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
