Responsibilities Plans, organizes and directs all activities & inventory management for all categories of stocks (Dried, Chilled, Frozen, Grocery and Sundry). Fully responsible for the company profit & loss account, budgeting and monthly operating expenditure. Establishes and adheres to effective processes accordance to each business unit requirements for safety, quality, service, cost and timeliness of delivery. Ensures the implementation of industry standards and best practices for continuous improvement for both warehousing and transportation. Develops improvements in distribution techniques and practices which reduce cost, maintain quality and reduce shrinkage of product. Analyzes distribution performance information, capacity versus forecast planning, material flow and financial information to determine changes in operations as required. Leads an environment of open communication while creating a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Provides direction and guidance to subordinates in establishing daily routine job function and reporting methods for respective job function. Leads with excellent supervision and coaching which contributes to the development of managers, executives, supervisors and other team members. Qualifications An advanced professional certification or at least a diploma holder. Min 8 years managerial working experience in any Fresh Foods, Perishable Goods or FMCG Distribution and Warehousing environment or in any other related retail field. Adequate computer skills and literacy in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint application & WMS software. Applicant must be willing to cover distribution centers\' in Bukit Beruntung, Rajawali, Segenting (Selangor) OR Gopeng (Perak).
