Position : Content Developer
Tenure : 2 years contract renewable basis
Working Hours: Standard
Working Location: Shah Alam
Salary: RM 2800 - RM 3200
Job Responsibilities
- Research, write, and update technical articles for Esri products across platforms and operating systems, adhering to industry and organizational standards.
- Manage Knowledge Base by revising existing articles for new software releases, incorporating service packs and patches, optimizing for SEO, and identifying content for archiving.
- Cross-link Defect-related articles with relevant resources and create index articles for consolidating similar content.
- Address user feedback and ArcGIS Ideas, collaborating with the ESS - OSR Documentation team to initiate document remediation.
- Produce instructive videos based on technical articles to enhance user understanding.
- \xc2\xb7Adherence to organizational standard operating procedures and processes while maintaining a high degree of efficiency is required.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Professional Degree, or
- Master\'s Degree in one of the following fields:Computer Science/Information Technology, Geographical Science Geology/Geophysics, Journalism Linguistics/Languages or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Proficiency in English is COMPULSORY
