Planning flight path for UAV mapping based on project requirements by considering image output resolution, Ground Sample Distance (GSD) and UAV performance, etc.
Carry out UAV data acquisition in a safe manner according to CAAM regulations guidelines.
Perform geomatics surveying work and collect data on specific areas of land, including information about boundaries, buildings, and features, both natural and man-made.
Data processing of airborne imagery from raw data collection to output such as orthorectified imagery, elevation modeling, and point cloud data.
Preparing, analyzing and storing geospatial data sets for various departments, both internal and external.
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary development team, participating in different team leads meetings, design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and testing events.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Geomatics /Surveying/GIS /Agriculture Engineering or equivalent qualification
Experience and strong knowledge in CAD software and GIS Software packages such as QGIS, ArcGIS, Global Mapper, AutoCad etc.
Proficient in Photogrammetry software like Agisoft Metashape, Pix4d, or DJI Terra.
Have strong knowledge of GIS and Remote Sensing applications.
Detail-oriented and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A quick Learner and have a strong understanding of commercial & technical aspects of a project.
Having a strong passion and great patience in organizing and analysed big data output from GIS application result.
