About our client:Our client is a well-known healthcare specialist with established presence in Malaysia. They are looking to hire an experienced GL Executive, who will be responsible for finance and accounting matters for the assigned legal entity(s) in the company. This role will be supporting and reporting directly to Finance Manager, based in PJ.Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for full spectrum of GL scope, which includes inventory, procurement and treasury processes.
  • In charge of maintaining Fixed Assets register and asset sighting as well as tracking of CAPEX.
  • Manage existing and new hire purchase and term loans.
  • Participation in continuous improvements on work processes together with the Finance Manager.
  • Active participation in yearly audit and tax matters.
  • Attend corporate events and activities as needed.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties and assignments as and when required.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant financial reporting experience, preferably with a career foundation in external audit.
  • Possess Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification ie. ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • Possess strong critical thinking, independent, detailed oriented and be able to travel as needed.
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English and Mandarin.
