Responsibilities
The VP of Global Account Management owns the client account at a global level and is responsible for developing and owning the business strategy for their specific client. These strategies will deliver revenue growth, sustainable competitive advantage, build market share, improve stakeholder value, and improve the client relationship. They are responsible for leading the revenue growth of the specified account through both contract optimization and new business acquisition processes. They provide guidance and connectivity between our matrix organization and the client. They are accountable for delivering account business objectives per the account plan, including revenues, profitability and other agreed metrics. In cooperation with the Geozone and Product lines, the role will create and maintain a long-term strategic account plan to drive growth in terms of revenue and profitability to meet agreed targets. Where the account is of a significant size or geographical distribution they may also have interface with Geozone Sales Account Managers, responsible for the same client.
