Open Position: Global Compensation Analyst

A highly regarded company is looking for Global Compensation Analyst to join them in their Kuala Lumpur office.

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Conducts job benchmarking using internal benchmark tools, survey data, and market research to establish competitive compensation ranges for individual positions.

\xc2\xb7 Analyse job positions, assessing their respective duties, responsibilities, scope, and skill requirements to determine appropriate job classifications and corresponding salary ranges.

\xc2\xb7 Collects data from compensation surveys based on market benchmarks, utilise spreadsheet and data analysis methods to evaluate findings and identify market trends.

Key requirements include:

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Compensation Analyst or total rewards program.

\xc2\xb7 Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a relevant discipline.
