An attractive Global Total Rewards Analyst job has become available to spearhead on total rewards data analysis and advising the business on market competitive packages. You will also ensure consistent delivery of solutions globally and regionally. You will continuously create potential improvements and recommendations to better improve HR solutions for total rewards. About the Global Total Rewards Analyst Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of total rewards CoE solutions including specialised service delivery. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the responsibility to produce, manage (breakdown and summarise), analyse and present reports related to compensation for global regions
  • Track and manage all compensation data for global regions including salaries, variable pay components, bonus plans, overtime, severance payments, etc.
  • Work with the global HR team to manage all data in Oracle for Reporting; ensure data accuracy and timely updates
  • Work with the global HR team to support the global annual merit process
  • Manage global compensation-focused initiatives and projects including developing compensation module in Oracle
  • Review, build and maintain salary benchmarking tool(s), job titles/grades/classification, market/industry trends, etc.
  • Support all global Compensation initiatives and projects
To succeed in this Global Total Rewards Analyst role, you will need to have great strategic vision for total rewards and C&B affairs and have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with division stakeholders across departments. Key Requirements:
  • Knowledge and experience in managing compensation structure, modelling and analysis
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
  • At least five years\' relevant experience as a Compensation Analyst
  • Prior working experience using HRIS platforms (e.g. Oracle, SAP, Workday)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and experience working with large data sets
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative skills, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to distil complex data into concise and action-oriented insights
