Job Description


The Senior Manager, Total Rewards will report to Asia Human Resource Director. The role\'s primary responsibility will be to develop new innovative global reward strategy to continue to achieve highest benchmark in all countries in line with the strategic and financial needs of the business.

  • Work with Asia HRD of to provide strategic direction to the development of pay & rewards philosophy, recognition framework and benefits framework across all markets in alignment to the business strategy.
  • Ensure reward and benefits governance (both tangible and non-tangible) and policies and reporting comply with GMG and public-sector regulations, governance and are legally compliant.
  • Assist to develop the implementation of related policies and procedures and systems to support the growth of the company and delivery of People strategies.
  • Ensure the annual remuneration processes are fair and equitable and in line with the reward strategy.
  • Assist with the preparation and papers required for Corporate Governance committees and liaise with the Governance team to ensure all requirements and Management information is provided within plan.
  • Provide oversight of the company\xe2\x80\x99s approach to job evaluation to maintain consistency and fairness and assess appropriate methodologies.
  • Ensure regular benchmarking and market related pay research is undertaken when necessary to remain competitive and an employer of choice.
  • Maintain oversight of Pension and Payroll operation and ensure reward and benefits policies are aligned with regulations
  • Monitor employment legislation developments and best practice, assess the impact on the company\xe2\x80\x99s policies to ensure legal compliance
  • Impact access the equality and diversity impact on all HR policies
  • Alignment of the Total Reward Strategy with People First Strategy
* Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of experience in HR and Rewards
  • Strong Change Management / Project Management expertise
  • Data-driven and ability to work on data analytics using technology such as Data studio, WorkDay, Successfactor etc.
  • Ability to work with top and senior management leaders
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written
  • Ability to work remotely using technology tools such as MS Teams, Zoom, Google Meet etc
