We are seeking a Global

IT Manager

to lead our growing IT function in Kuala Lumpur. This is a senior, hands-on role overseeing cloud migration, global IT operations, and third-party supplier management across multiple time zones. You'll work directly with senior leadership in a collaborative, non-bureaucratic, and approachable environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead global IT operations, managing a small internal helpdesk team and external specialist IT suppliers. Drive cloud migration projects, reducing legacy on-premise infrastructure and optimizing cloud environments. Oversee cloud system security, updates, and automation tools (e.g., AutoMox). Manage global Tiered Helpdesk performance, ensuring SLAs are met. Identify skills gaps, training needs, and future IT resource requirements. Optimize costs, resource utilization, and overall system performance. Provide a single point of IT contact for senior management, balancing strategic planning with day-to-day operational delivery. Collaborate closely with leadership and stakeholders to align IT strategy with business needs. Maintain compliance with security, data protection, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree in

Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field

. Minimum

5-8 years' professional IT experience

, including at least

5 years in IT management/leadership roles

. Professional cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) with proven cloud migration and management experience. Strong knowledge of

cloud platforms, networking, databases (SQL/NoSQL), DevOps, scripting (Python, PowerShell), and infrastructure optimization

. Proven track record in

cloud migration, global IT operations, and third-party IT supplier management

. Project management experience in cloud migration and decommissioning on-premise systems.
