Your Job: The Global Mobility Lead for K-C APAC will drive the process and administer the policies of global mobility needs for Kimberly-Clark in Asia Pacific and specifically support the organization goals in talent movements based on business needs. This position will work closely internally with Global Mobility team, HR Business Partners, business leaders and employees while managing professional contracts and assignments with mobility vendors. The role will report to the Sr. Manager, Global Mobility and work collaborate closely with the Compensation and Benefits and local Human Resources teams, and various internal and external relocation support functions. Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities: Review, record and consolidate all Global Mobility policies as necessary to align with organization, business and talent needs, review and streamline processes to ensure smoother flow of operations with regards to movement of talent between countries. Generate assignment letter based on the approved package. Managing regional external relocation, tax and immigration vendors, defining business requirements and ensuring adherence to contractual obligation at all times. Use & leverage assignment management tool such as Assignment Pro to collate and keep the database of assignments, generate regular reports for management reporting and perform basic analysis on an ongoing basis in costs efficiency, move effectiveness and ROI to the company. Act as the focal point of contact between various vendors and assignees. Support assignees on general queries and support other functions for reports and information in the regional mobility space by effective means. Ensure proper documentation for all stages of assignment and for audit purposes. Essential Requirements: Bachelors\' Degree in relevant field. At least 5-7 years of experience working in human resources with direct experience in global mobility and international relocation. In depth experience of managing employee moves under different mobility provisions across countries in APAC will be added advantage. Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence HR and Business leaders within the organization Excellent project management skills Well-versed in mobility and HR operations with good work process in issues management Good understanding of mobility functional requirements including immigration, taxes, logistics & cross border move management for APAC markets. Demonstrate capabilities to build networks internally and externally. Ability to think out of the box, exception resolutions using guiding principles and deliver with customer service approach yielding high quality outcomes Applicants must be legally able to work in the country that they apply in.
