Job Responsibilities

The Global Mobility Manager for the APAC Region will report to the Head of Global Mobility and will be the primary SME (Subject Matter Expert) for APAC supporting all internal customers on relocation, immigration and tax programs coordinating with and managing external partners to facilitate end to end mobility processes.

Job scope requires the ability to identify the growing and changing needs of the business, develop and recommend supporting services, provide counsel, and find innovative solutions and tools to scale with Lam\'s growth.

Other Job Responsibilities

• Function as a single point of contact for APAC Region, partnering with GHR (Global Human Resources) and TA (Talent Acquisition) teams to provide excellent customer experience on relocation, immigration, assignments and connected processes.
• Responsible for end-to-end global mobility life cycle for new hires, internal transfers, business travelers and assignments into APAC, and other projects as assigned.
• Drive alignment between corporate functions with interdependencies, and other internal partners.
• Provide training, webinars, etc. as needed to communicate current events and impacts on the business.
• Manage and monitor service providers to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery and adherence to SLA\'s.
• Consult with HR and Management on global mobility programs, policies, and processes.
• Drive process improvements including consulting on domestic relocation programs for APAC region.
• Provide support and lead on global mobility projects including project scope, definition, and process flow design through implementation.
• Develop and maintain relationships via regular meetings with HR and TA partners.
• Coordinate with team members on global program initiatives.
• Review and approval of regional monthly payroll calculations and tax returns.
• Monitor and support information required by APAC internal staff to enable timely filing of work authorization.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree in related field and 7+ years\' experience in a global mobility program management capacity.
• Proven record of accomplishment in managing a large global mobility program and knowledge of APAC region.
• Extensive knowledge in global relocation, immigration and tax related laws and processes, and desire to continue to learn and grow with the company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal relationship skills including ability to explain complex matters in a consumable fashion.
• Must be able to work independently and in a global team environment and follow direction.
• Comfortable presenting and providing training to all levels of management.
