We are now inviting qualified individuals to join this team in the role of Global Payments Solutions (GPS) Sales Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Global Banking Corporate

Principal Accountabilities

  • Achieve sales targets through implementing agreed sales strategies and policies.
  • Maintain and increase market share of the transaction business by reviewing existing business and acquiring new opportunities within and outside new target markets.
  • Proactively cross-sell the full range of integrated cash management capabilities as well as across all products within the Bank.
  • Prepare sales presentation to corporate customers, explaining and recommending services that expound customer value proposition.
  • Work closely with all stake holders, e.g., Relationship Managers, Operations, Legal and other divisions of the Bank.
  • Accurately report on status of all customer deals on a timely manner throughout sales cycle.
  • Ensure compliance to all internal guidelines and external regulations.
Requirements
  • Sales experience in selling customised solutions to corporate customers.
  • Possess strong drive and initiative with exceptional commercial acumen to acquire new businesses and customers.
  • Team player with penchant for change. An affinity towards customer-relationship and constantly striving to exceed customer\xe2\x80\x99s expectations.
  • Have an understanding of associated risks whilst dealing with customers \xe2\x80\x93 operational, financial, compliance, legal, regulatory to name a few
  • Strong leadership, results-oriented, highly analytical, good time management and a passion to be the best.
  • Tertiary degree with minimum 5 years related experience.
Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation needed will be prioritised.
