For our Smart Infrastructure Electrification & Automation Air Insulated Switchgear (AIS) Medium Voltage and Low Voltage Switchboards Lead Factory in Gebze, we are searching for a Project Manager! Reporting to Head of Global Product Care Project team, this role will lead projects with internal and/or external resources according to the respective Project Management and business excellence methods and guidelines, including project set-up, execution, controlling and communication! What part will you play Lead multiple projects at a given time, ensuring adherence to process, monitor progress, and direct implementation to successful conclusion, Perform Manufacturing Maturity Assessment for new products, Lead Product Localization projects in AIS Plants, Implement new processes / Manufacturing tools, Arrange training activities when necessary, Contribute to the Productivity Improvement and Process Optimization in AIS Plants, Lead the business excellence activities to continuously improve operation performance in the defined area of responsibility, Identify improvement areas and support coordinated target setting across functions/departments. What you need to make real what matters. Minimum a bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or related areas, Advanced project management skills and ability to work iteratively in a fast-paced environment, Leadership skills and the ability to motivate others to meet deadlines, Knowledge of 6 Sigma, Lean Manufacturing methodologies, Willing to work well in a team environment, A collaborative, solution-oriented approach and strong communication skills, Analytical thinking & approach, Strong decision-making skills & result driven approach, Advanced command of written and spoken English & Turkish, Basic SAP knowledge is an asset.
