As a Global Rewards Specialist, this is what you\'ll be doing: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Global Rewards Specialist to join our People & Workplace team. As our Global Rewards Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our rewards and recognition programs. Your role will be pivotal in driving our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and ensuring that QS attracts, retains, and motivates top talent. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of compensation and benefits practices, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for creating a positive employee experience. The Global Rewards Specialist role presents an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our rewards strategy and make a positive impact on employee engagement and satisfaction. Role responsibilities: Rewards Program Design: Collaborate with People & Workplace leadership and cross-functional teams to develop global innovative and competitive rewards programs that align with QS\' strategic business objectives and support our employer branding efforts. Compensation Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and salary benchmarking to ensure our global compensation packages remain competitive and attractive to potential candidates while adhering to budgetary guidelines. Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of global employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, pension, and other perks, ensuring seamless enrolment, compliance, and employee understanding. Incentive Administration: Responsible for the administration of sales commission plans, including the issuance of sales target/payout letters and sales commission payout calculations. Performance-based Incentives: Develop and manage performance-based incentive programs that motivate employees to achieve their goals and align their efforts with our performance metrics. Performance Administration: Support performance management programs, including annual goal setting and mid/yearly review. Assist in the Annual Compensation Review process by providing data analysis and insights to support people managers on decision-making. Recognition and Rewards Programs: Design and implement recognition initiatives, including awards, employee appreciation events, to foster a culture of recognition and boost employee morale. Data Analysis: Utilise data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness pf rewards programs, identify areas for improvement, and make data-backed recommendations to enhance the overall employee experience. Communication and Training: Effectively communicate rewards programs to employees, providing training and guidance where necessary, and addressing any enquiries. External Stakeholders: Collaborate with external vendors and providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs to our teams. Key skills and experience: Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field. Proven experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably within a fast-paced, global organisation Strong knowledge and experience of compensation practices, benefits administration, and any necessary HR regulations. Analytical mindset with a proficiently in data analysis and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with HRIS, Microsoft Excel and compensation software/ tools is desirable. Certification in Compensation, Benefits, or related HR fields is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
