Job Description

In order to assist with all financial operations of the migration of diverse responsibilities encompassing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable Collections, Billing, and account reconciliations. During this transition, you will be tasked with executing a range of activities within these domains, alongside providing support to finance teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions.

• Ensure the prompt and efficient collection of all outstanding debts and customer payments.
• Communicate with customers to facilitate timely payments and pursue overdue balances.
• Monitor adherence to approved credit terms by customers for their respective accounts.
• Record daily receipts accurately in the system.
• Generate monthly collection reports.
• Address any issues related to debtor accounts, outstanding invoices, sales, and collections.
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by superiors as needed.

• 2-4 years of experience in credit control and debt collections within a Global Shared Service (MUST HAVE)
• Emphasizing procedures, control, and processes
• Prior exposure to a multinational accounting/treasury setting is advantageous.
