Job Description


Manage and lead a large team of aftersales, field service professionals, ensuring quality, consistency in client issue resolution, and optimizing manpower allocation. You will coach team members and manage the business unit profitability performance.Sales Management:

  • Develop strategies to meet/exceed targets.
  • Develop and grow the service contracts and parts business.
  • Analyze financial data and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
Business Strategy Development:
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align business strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities/threats.
  • Drive innovation and adapt to market trends.
  • Implement service operations initiatives.
Operational Performance:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage service delivery, including installation, warranty support, and contract renewals.
  • Implement KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Establish training and audit programs for internal controls.
Team Leadership and Development:
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the team.
  • Identify training and development needs.
  • Promote accountability, high performance, and customer-centricity.
  • Optimize workforce management strategies.
Stakeholder Relationship Management:
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Handle high-profile customer complaints and satisfaction investigations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs with project delivery.
Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement proactive measures.
  • Drive Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives.

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Management or other relevant degrees
  • Experience in the HVAC, Lifts, Automotive or Machinery industry.

  • Strong management and leadership skills.
  • Focus on tactical and operational plans with short- to medium-term goals.
  • Strong technical/product knowledge.
