Key Responsibilities
1. Staff Training & Management
Train both managerial and sales personnel to meet operational standards, enhance customer service, and maintain security and product knowledge.
2. Customer Engagement & Relations
Conduct daily customer outreach via phone calls, address inquiries and complaints, and manage responses to Google reviews and emails professionally.
3. Social Media & Festive Messaging Coordination
Monitor and organize promotional content across digital platforms, ensuring timely and culturally relevant messaging during key festive seasons.
4. Front-of-Shop Supervision
Manage the store's front door activities, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for walk-in customers.
5. Recruitment & Candidate Management
Source potential candidates, conduct interviews, and maintain recruitment records in line with company standards.
6. Administrative Support
Handle typing tasks and general office administration such as filing, memo preparation, and internal reporting.
7. Regulatory Liaison
Manage communications and documentation related to KDN, immigration, and relevant authorities to ensure full regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
1. Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
2. Experience in retail operations or human resource management is an advantage, especially in the gold industry.
3. Strong communication skills in Tamil, English and Malay.
4. Familiarity with compliance documentation and frontline customer service practices.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools.
