Overview

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on

Retail Operations & Logistics Executive

to manage stock movement, outlet arrangements, kiosk maintenance, and promoter training across our 10 retail locations. This role involves travelling to outlets, ensuring smooth retail operations, and supporting our promoters on-ground.

Key Responsibilities

1. Logistics & Stock Handling

Pick, pack and prepare stocks for delivery to each outlet Deliver stock to outlets using own car (petrol allowance will be provided) Collect empty boxes or return stock from outlets and bring back to office Ensure all stock movements are properly recorded and updated Coordinate with internal teams to ensure stock levels are adequate at each location

2. Outlet & Kiosk Upkeep

Arrange product display neatly at all kiosks/outlets Ensure each outlet aligns with brand presentation standards Maintain kiosk cleanliness, tidiness and restocking Report any damages, missing items, or maintenance issues to the office Support in setting up new kiosks or rearranging merchandising layout

3. Promoter Training & Support

Provide basic training to promoters on product knowledge Guide them on sampling procedures, customer engagement & sales techniques Ensure promoters follow company SOP Conduct quick performance checks when visiting outlets

4. Operational Coordination

Plan weekly outlet visiting schedule Communicate closely with internal operations & HR team Assist with event operations when required Improve internal processes for smoother stock flow & outlet operations

Requirements

Must possess a

valid driving license

and

own car

Physically fit (role includes carrying boxes & moving stock) Responsible, punctual and organised Able to work independently with minimal supervision Good communication skills (able to train promoters clearly) Basic knowledge in stock management is a plus Willing to travel frequently (10 outlets)
