Job Scope Summary:

Report to and assisting Director of Agronomy in planning daily golf course maintenance operation Oversee and manage all daily golf course maintenance and projects Ensuring the implementation of best management practice in fleet management, pest and disease applications, fertility of turf Develop and implement long term and short-term strategic plans for golf course maintenance operation sustainability, productivity, cost control and resource management Conducts on-the-job training and guides staff to improve work performance Ensure compliance with organization policy and goal Prepare and submit work accomplishment on weekly basis Ensuring good governance in inventory and asset management
Requirements:

Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or any field equivalent Minimum 5 years of working experience as Golf Course Superintendent in golf course maintenance Possess strong leadership quality, team management skills and always deliver task allotted Capable of leading large maintenance team and multinational workforce Excellent strategic planning and organizational abilities, with experience in budgeting and resource allocation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data driven decision to improve golf course operations Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines Good communication and interpersonal-skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management, stakeholders and external parties.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
