Job Description
Roles:
- Update posting and reply messenger of company\xe2\x80\x99s social media: Facebook page, Instagram, Telegram channel based on the KPI daily targets
- Handle and serve walk-in and online customers
- Responsible for attracting new customers and helping the company reach sales targets
- Approaching potential customers, answering to questions, and understanding customer needs and worries
- Provide comprehensive details on promoted products/services and convince customers to use our products/services
- Develop interest and understand customer preferences
- Listening to what customers want and helping them find the perfect product for their needs.
- Constantly building product knowledge and delivering this knowledge in engaging ways.
- Setting up attractive product displays
- Build good relationships with customers
- Providing feedback for improvement to the management team.
- Following up with customers and providing guidance on product selection
- Able to work on weekend and Public Holiday
- Perform other duties we may need you to do
