Why does this job exist and why is it critical What are you accountable for Key accountability and decision ownership: Impact on the business: Achieves the set yearly sales targets with specific reference to total contract value & billings. Strategic sales management: Prepares a structured sales strategy outlining the Account Plans, forecasts and healthy business pipeline management. Leadership and teamwork: Lead & engage with internal stakeholders to develop action plans ensuring account strategies & activities are executed upon. Communication: Ability to communicate and build relationship with Senior Leadership & C-levels to set a strong business foot print in the industry. Core competencies, knowledge and experience: Experience & deep understanding in Telco ICT Converged Solutions selling is an advantage Understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate it as viable appealing market offerings Account Management / Sales Engineer/ Sales Management in at least one of the following areas - ICT system integrators, Telecommunication providers & Local/MNC Technology providers. Strong business acumen Structured sales strategies and planning Relationship & Engagement Builder The ideal candidate for this role must have the following qualifications: Minimum 5 years\' experience in Account Management/ Sales Minimum qualification: Bachelors Degree or equivalent (ICT/ Technical background is an added advantage) Experience in Government/ Public Sector industry is an added advantage.
