- Manage full spectrum of recruitment functions (360-degree) from talent sourcing to job offering
- Develop an understanding on industry trends, business natures and future market directions
- Identify clients\' business development needs and advise on their recruitment decisions
- Develop and maintain a good business relationship with clients and candidates
