Key responsibilities include:
- More than 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as Human Resource Business Partner.
- Good with recruitment and with experience from manufacturing industry, engaging with blue collar workers and foreign workers.
- Easy to approach, has a pleasant personality and a can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication skills especially with shopfloor people.
- Has background in HR generalist.
- Good in employee engagement and recruitment.
- A team player wtih good communication and stakeholder management skills.
