An MNC Company is currently hiring a HR Specialist to join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
\xc2\xb7 Holds a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field
\xc2\xb7 More than 3 years of pertinent experience in HR Administration, with good knowledge of HR Policies and Frameworks.
\xc2\xb7 Facilitates efficient and effective delivery of specific processes, such as contract and data administration, by resolving complex inquiries that require advanced HR knowledge and policy interpretation skills.
\xc2\xb7 Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers seeking HR assistance or information, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
\xc2\xb7 Manage employee records and data, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality, and maintaining records in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
\xc2\xb7 Good communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
