An MNC Company is looking for HR Specialist to join the team and be based in the Selangor office.
Key responsibilities include:
-More than 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as Human Resource Business Partner.
-Good with recruitment and with experience from manufacturing industry, engaging with blue collar workers and foreign workers.
-Easy to approach, has a pleasant personality and a can-do attitude.
-Excellent communication skills especially with shopfloor people.
-Has background in HR generalist.
-Good in employee engagement and recruitment.
-A team player wtih good communication and stakeholder management skills.
