n your new role you will: 1
. Sustaining task T
- o plan and schedule WLR test request jobs T
- o support WLR test request job for Risk assessment, DOE and quarterly monitoring. T
- o support WLR test result data analysis, interpret test results and trend for each technologies and update WLR monitoring trend. T
- o support WLR lab 5s. 2
. Lab project: Technology characterization and lab digitalization E
- xecute different DOEs (lab work) and assist QRE responsible on DOE data analysis.
ou are best equipped for this task if you have: F
- resh Graduate D
- egree in Physics/Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Material Engineering H
- igh interest in depth of technical knowledge on semiconductor and wafer level reliability engineering P
- assionate about Reliability Function & high expectation in delivering quality tasks W
- ell understanding the basic function of all type of WLR & fWLR test available in Fab, interpret the test result w/ Reliability Statistic to make an engineering judgement for lot release B
- asic problem analytical skill & reliability statistical knowledge B
- asic Presentation skill & used of Ms Excel & Power Point
