Job Description
Working Hour : 8.45 am - 5.45 pm (Mon - Friday)/ 9am to 2pm (Saturday) Details :
- Make call for past due account (Credit Card/ Mortgage Loan/ Car Loan user
- Ensure existing and prospective customers have a consistent and superior experience
- Identify and handle customer inquiries completely and accurately to the satisfaction of the customer
- Minimum a Diploma/ Degree holder in IT
- Basic communication skill in English and must be good in Bahasa
- Can deliver result as perrequirement
- Good discipline and teamwork, fastlearner and energetic
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Early shift
- Evening shift
