:Graduate Trainee OverviewUEM Edgenta Berhad is dedicated to nurturing our young talents through our Graduate Trainee Program (GeT). This program is designed to empower graduates with essential skills and hands-on experience to excel in the working landscape. Our comprehensive 9 -12 months initiative combines career development training with practical on-the-job training, providing essential skills and genuine workplace exposure to establish a robust groundwork for a progressive career ahead.Responsibilities
- Assist the team in conceptualizing, designing, and producing HSSE communication materials, such as video recordings and animations.
- Assist the Head of Behavioural Safety, Culture & Learning in developing and executing action plans to achieve short- and long-term program goals within the department.
- Support other department team members in their tasks, with a focus on enhancing HSSE communications and training delivery.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Communications Department (CCD) on HSSE communications production to ensure adherence to company branding guidelines.
- Degree in Mass Communication or any related background. Engineering knowledge would be an advantage.
- Experience in using editing tools such as Canva & Photoshop or any related software.
