As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. This role goes beyond traditional graphic design, offering the opportunity to engage in customer service, product planning, and profit-sharing when managing your own store.Job Requirements:

• Education & Experience:

• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate / Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
• Experience in e-commerce, particularly on platforms like Shopee and Lazada, is a significant advantage.
• Technical Skills:

• Able communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platform tools and functionalities.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and digital advertising is a plus.
• Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Graphic Design:

• Create visually compelling graphics for our products, promotional materials, and online stores on Shopee and Lazada.
• Develop design concepts that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality images, banners, and product listings.
• Customer Service:

• Assist in handling customer inquiries and feedback related to the products you design.
• Work closely with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction and address any design-related issues.
• Product Planning:

• Participate in product planning and development meetings.
• Contribute ideas for new products based on market trends and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the product team to ensure that the design and presentation of new products meet company standards.
• E-commerce Store Management:

• After completing the company-provided training, manage your own store on our e-commerce platforms.
• Optimize store performance by analyzing customer behavior, adjusting product listings, and implementing promotional strategies.
• Engage in profit-sharing based on the success of the store you manage.
• Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on the latest design trends, e-commerce best practices, and customer service techniques.
• Continuously seek out ways to enhance your skills and contribute to the overall success of the company.
