Proven track record of driving sales and exceeding targets in the grocery sector
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
Knowledge of the grocery industry and key players in the market
3 - 5 years of experience in grocery sales Will be advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Working Hour: Monday To Friday 0930 - 1830hours
Knowing Mandarin is an advantage
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue in the grocery sector
Build strong relationships with key grocery accounts and maintain regular communication to drive sales
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate with marketing department to ensure alignment on sales strategies and goals
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the competition
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
