The Grocery Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations within the grocery section of the supermarket. This includes managing stock levels, supervising staff, maintaining store standards, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily activities in the grocery section to ensure efficient operations.
Ensure shelves are fully stocked, organized, and clean at all times.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers or store management for stock replenishment.
Lead and motivate grocery staff to achieve sales and service targets.
Train new staff and provide ongoing coaching to team members.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Assist in planning and implementing promotional activities.
Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and store policies.
Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and staff performance.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM (Malaysian Certificate of Education) or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of experience in a retail or supermarket environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
