Job Description


Our client is in the Iot industry.Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations:
  • Manage compensation and benefits, including payroll, leave, and claims, ensuring compliance with local regulations in each country.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, from talent acquisition to onboarding, across all locations.
  • Foster positive employee relations and address employee concerns across all locations.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Handle disciplinary issues, conduct domestic inquiries, and resolve workplace conflicts and grievances.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of HR systems and processes, maintaining accurate records and data.
  • Strategic HR Initiatives:
  • Lead the annual performance management cycle, ensuring timely and effective reviews and feedback.
  • Identify and manage learning and development opportunities for staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Support succession planning efforts to ensure a strong talent pipeline within the Group.
  • Periodically review the employee handbook, compensation packages, and benefits to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with senior management on HR strategies to align with the Group\'s overall business objectives.
  • Proactively identify, propose, and execute new HR initiatives to help the Group achieve its broader goals.
  • Management Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare and analyse company-wide HR reports and metrics to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Track and report on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and performance trends.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards to monitor ongoing initiatives and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support workforce planning, talent management, and compensation strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure HR analytics align with overall business objectives and inform strategic planning.
  • Administrative Management:
  • Oversee the management of the company\'s offices in each country, ensuring they are well-maintained and operational.
  • Handle the management and renewal of business licenses, registrations with regulatory bodies, and other legal compliance matters across all locations.
  • Maintain proper office filing and records systems, ensuring both digital and hardcopy documents are securely stored and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate with local teams to address any administrative challenges and ensure alignment with the Group\'s policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR and administration, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience working in a multi-country environment, preferably in Southeast Asia.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements in Southeast Asia.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
