• Possess Tertiary educational qualification in Business Administrative, Finance, Economics or Insurance.
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in life insurance industry and well versed with group insurance
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications, especially MS Office and database management.

What you\'ll be doing on the job

• Ensure timely processing of new & renewal schemes, as well as minor and major alterations, to meet department\xe2\x80\x99s quality standards.
• Review and verify premium billing accuracy based on clients\xe2\x80\x99 requests for trial bill.
• Manage the issuance and dispatch of renewal billings and endorsements promptly.
• Achieve and maintain a renewal persistency rate of 85% for S186 schemes.
• Provide friendly and effective responses to phone inquiries from all customer touchpoints and channels.
• Offer assistance and guidance to subordinates in performing daily tasks.
• Handle daily business-as-usual (BAU) tasks according to standard operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including billings, correspondence, claim documents, policy contracts and endorsements.
• Address customer complaints and ensure they are resolved within the standard process and response time.
• Contribute to the achievement of departmental targets for TWNS and NBEV.
