Our client is an Advanced Fertility Specialist centre located in Selangor (HQ), Penang, and Singapore. They are planning to expand with additional 2 centres in Malaysia, and also each in another 3 countries in South East Asia in the upcoming 3 years time.Group Senior Account Executive (GSAE)Responsibilities

• Responsible for the accuracy and timely closing for the entities assigned, ensuring compliance with the relevant accounting standards.
• To carry out effectively all necessary accounting and finance activities including daily banking matters, periodic tax estimation (CP204), payments, preparation of the balance sheet reconciliations such as AR/AP reconciliation & etc.
• To manage proper filing and documentation works, ensure all other accounting records are updated at all times and databases are filed accordingly.
• Handle fixed assets, update monthly depreciation, and ensure tagging for each fixed asset.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights.
• Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts of Company\'s in charge & to compile for the Group.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• To prepare Bursa quarterly announcement reports, RRPT, IPO proceeds utilization, presentation slides and relevant board papers.
• To prepare reports and disclosures in the Annual Report.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance.
• Possess good communication skills, must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Required skill: Hands-on with accounting software, good Microsoft application knowledge (Microsoft excel & word). Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.
• Proficient in (speaking and reading) English and Bahasa
