Key objectives

• Dedicated to providing excellent customer service, we continuously watch over the trading infrastructure, voice, and electronic communications of our clients.
• Utilise a follow-the-sun support strategy that is smooth and constant to give our clients 24-hour availability.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide clients with increased technical support for first line diagnostics, Tier 1.5 troubleshooting, and other related services via a variety of communication methods, including but not limited to phone, email, or the web.
• Make sure that clients and tickets are updated at the times specified in the IPC Incident lifecycle procedures.
• Manage each incident and change simultaneously Request tickets and keep track of them through all stages of their lives.
• Work with technical teams from telecommunications and service providers around the world to ensure prompt problem resolution, elevating issues within our providers as needed.

To qualify an individual must possess:

• SIP certification that covers the entire VOIP path, including the PSTN, IP PBXs, SBCs, and proxies.
• Knowledge of how to 'translate' technical material into terms that the client can understand.
• Knowledge of trading voice equipment and experience in financial services network environments are desirable. V3, V4 certification for ITIL.
